The installation and initial commissioning of the purchased generator must be carried out by Aksa Authorized Services. Installation and commissioning performed by unauthorized persons may result in the generator being excluded from warranty coverage and cause performance degradation.
The initial commissioning service is provided free of charge by Aksa Authorized Services, and with the start-up procedure, the customer begins to benefit from the warranty. The start-up procedure is the process in which, after installation by the customer, Aksa Authorized Services confirm the suitability of the location and operating conditions and record it. During the start-up process, authorized services also perform functional tests of the generator free of charge.
PERIODIC MAINTENANCE
To ensure the generator set operates smoothly and at high performance for a long time, to eliminate emerging malfunctions quickly, and to prevent possible issues before they occur, regular periodic maintenance must be performed.
Daily and weekly maintenance can be carried out by the user, while monthly checks must be done by a trained technician. These maintenances must be performed by authorized services during the warranty period. After the warranty period ends, by signing a periodic maintenance agreement with Aksa Authorized Services, you will receive 24/7 regular maintenance service for your generator set.
