Aksa Power Generation, the leading brand in the generator sector, strengthened its management with a senior-level appointment in line with evolving market trends. Abidin Volkan Karaçalı has been appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer of Aksa Power Generation.

Maintaining its leading position in the Turkish generator market for many years, exporting to 173 countries, and aiming to become one of the world’s top three generator manufacturers, Aksa Power Generation has entrusted Karaçalı with overseeing all marketing activities. Karaçalı graduated from the Economics Department of Dokuz Eylül University and completed his master’s degree in Corporate Management at the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences at the University of Geneva, Switzerland.

Starting his career in 2006, Karaçalı worked at Vestel Dış Ticaret A.Ş. for five years as Sales Officer, then spent five years as Regional Sales Director covering the Middle East, Africa, India, Asia Pacific, America, and the Far East, and for the following five years served as Deputy General Manager at Vestel Ticaret A.Ş., focusing on sales, marketing, and business development. Fluent in French and English, Karaçalı will manage Aksa Power Generation’s domestic and international marketing operations.

Nazmi Atalay, appointed as Chief Operations Officer, and Rıdvan Özer, appointed as Chief Sales and Rental Officer, will continue in their current roles.
