The Aksa brand, which has become almost iconic in the generator industry both nationally and internationally through dedicated work, was inexplicably subjected to written attacks on social media following its TV advertisements.

The shock and distress experienced by our company due to comments and posts that exceed the limits of criticism, stray far from the purpose of expressing dissatisfaction, and are offensive and contrary to moral and ethical standards, cannot be described. Therefore, we request that the shared comments be removed immediately, and that the individuals responsible apologize publicly on social media for posting content that tarnishes our title and disparages our company.

If the comments and posts continue to be published and apologies are not issued, our company hereby informs that, in order to protect our interests and prevent further unjust attacks, we may take the necessary legal actions before the Prosecutor’s Office and pursue litigation due to the resulting loss of reputation.
