Aksa Power Generation Wins ‘Customer Experience Transformation of the Year’ Award

As the leader of Türkiye’s generator sector, providing uninterrupted energy services to 160 countries with its production across 3 continents, Aksa Power Generation was honored with the “Customer Experience Transformation of the Year” award at the SAP Now Türkiye Technology Forum.

Organized by SAP Türkiye as a key meeting point for various business sectors, the SAP Now Türkiye Technology Forum brought together industry players to discuss innovative approaches and current practices in the SAP ecosystem, while sharing corporate solutions and success stories. The event took place on October 25 at the Lütfi Kırdar Convention Center. At the event, Aksa Power Generation received the “Customer Experience Transformation of the Year” award with its SAP Hybris Dynamo Project, a CRM program that enables much faster and more agile responses to customer failure and maintenance requests.

Leveraging customer experience in product development

With the SAP Hybris Dynamo Project, Aksa Power Generation will be able to track sales, rental, and after-sales operations in an integrated way through a single system. By ensuring seamless information tracking across all product divisions, this project will allow consumers to use their products in the most efficient way, while also enabling customer experiences to be utilized in the development of new products. In addition, the applicability and monitoring of Industry 4.0 and smart machines will be further enhanced.

Commenting on the project, Aksa Power Generation CEO Alper Peker highlighted that they frequently benefit from SAP applications’ ability to identify company needs and provide rapid solutions. He continued:

“In this highly competitive era, as our project is customized and developed in line with the needs of our operations, we will resolve our business processes more quickly with measurable data. As a result of this dedicated work, we were deemed worthy of the ‘Customer Experience Transformation of the Year’ award. Representing Aksa Power Generation at the award ceremony, Türkiye Sales Manager and Project Supervisor Emrah Tatarka stated:
