Aksa Power Generation Wins “Project of the Year” at Power Industry Awards for Support to Istanbul Grand Airport (IGA)

Ranked among the world’s top five generator manufacturers, Aksa Power Generation was awarded “Project of the Year” at the Power Industry Awards, held as part of the Critical Power & Decentralised Energy Fair in the UK, for its support to the Istanbul Grand Airport (IGA) project, the largest airport project in the world.

Aksa Power Generation, with production facilities in Türkiye, China, and the USA, expressed pride in being the first Turkish company to receive this award in the UK. CEO Alper Peker stated:

Producing across three continents and exporting to 160 countries, Aksa Power Generation supplies all the energy required by IGA, Türkiye’s largest airport project, which will serve over 200 million passengers, 15+ airlines, and 350+ destinations.
