Over the past 35 years, Aksa Power Generation, Türkiye’s and the world’s leading brand, has become a symbol of expertise and trust, exporting to 173 countries. Now, it continues its journey in global markets with confidence through the Turquality program. With a wide range of products and applications spanning from individual use to mega projects, Aksa Power Generation has become a global brand in the generator industry. Its acceptance into Turkey’s most prestigious branding initiative, the “Turquality” program, marks another step in strengthening its position in international markets.
For 35 years, Aksa Power Generation has been a symbol of expertise and reliability, contributing significantly to Türkiye’s economy with exports reaching 173 countries and being ranked among the world’s top five generator manufacturers. Having supported Africa’s development for 20 years, Aksa Power Generation operates four production and trade centers in Türkiye, China, the U.S., and the Netherlands. With 19 offices and 4 representative offices across Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Americas, the company generates 70% of its revenue from international sales.
Uninterrupted Aksa energy for mega projects
On an international scale, Aksa Power Generation has powered major projects such as Kotoka International Airport in Ghana and the Ashgabat Olympic Complex. Most recently, it provided energy support to a 10 MW power plant project in the Republic of Vanuatu, a tourism paradise in Oceania. With continuous R&D investments, Aksa Power Generation develops innovative products that meet the needs of diverse markets and industries — including producing the first generator capable of taking over a system within 8 seconds.
Goal: Becoming one of the top three global manufacturers
Rıdvan Özer, General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Aksa Power Generation, emphasized the company’s goal of becoming one of the world’s top three generator manufacturers by 2025. He noted that operating in multiple markets enables the company to adapt quickly to industry changes and transformations.
Highlighting the company’s global strength, Özer stated:
“In 2019, 70% of our revenue came from international sales. Therefore, expanding our influence in foreign markets plays a crucial role in our growth strategy. We are increasing our global reach while focusing on local markets to expand regional sales volumes. Every country is very important for our brand. Our goal is to serve our customers in the best possible way in all the markets where we operate. As Aksa Power Generation, we export products manufactured across three continents to 173 countries. In addition to our production facilities in Istanbul, China, and the U.S., we operate with 19 offices and 4 representative offices across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas, ranking among the top five companies in the global industry. Our target is for Aksa Power Generation to be among the world’s top three generator manufacturers by 2025. By participating in trade fairs across four continents, we strengthen our industry connections and gain opportunities to better understand potential customers. Recently, in addition to Africa and North America, we have also been closely monitoring potential opportunities in the Asia-Pacific and South America markets.”
