Aksa Brings Its Industry Experience to West Africa

Türkiye’s leading generator manufacturer, Aksa Power Generation, which exports to 160 countries through its production facilities in Türkiye, China, and the USA, supported the Regional Energy Co-operation Summit held in Accra, Ghana, from September 26-28.
Active across five continents and exporting more than half of its production, Aksa continues to engage with the African market through its participation in global events, showcasing its innovative energy solutions and extensive international production and sales network.
The summit brought together over 40 government delegations, numerous private sector representatives, and investors, focusing on cross-border energy infrastructure and financing projects in West Africa.
Aksa Power Generation CEO Alper Peker highlighted:
"West Africa is a rapidly growing market with increasing energy needs and investment opportunities. We entered this market in 2001 and solidified our presence by establishing Aksa Ghana in 2016. As a summit sponsor, we had the opportunity to share our regional experiences and explore new financial and political tools to leverage market opportunities. Participating in such forums allows us to engage directly with the sector. As the leader of Türkiye’s generator industry, we will continue providing reliable, uninterrupted energy solutions in West Africa based on Aksa’s decades of experience and expertise."
