The vision and hard work of our founder, Ali Metin Kazancı, transformed Kazancı Holding into a global energy group with production facilities on four continents, sales to over 180 countries to date, and more than 17,000 employees.
Ali Metin Kazancı was a pioneering and inspiring leader who left his mark on the business world throughout his life with his stance.
Ali Metin Kazancı, one of the first names that comes to mind when entrepreneurship is mentioned in Türkiye, entered the business world in the early 1950s. Our Founder and Honorary Chairman, who laid the foundation of our group of companies by establishing the Watt Electric Motor Factory in 1968, spearheaded our growth in every area of the energy sector with his successful ventures. In 1994, he brought our companies together under a holding company structure.
He conveyed his vision by creating one of Türkiye's largest energy holdings, his courage by expanding into different parts of the world, and his values through investments in various sectors, primarily agriculture, to benefit society. He achieved success in every field he entered and produced very important works for his country and humanity.
